    What is Project Atlas?

A cultivation network built for trust, quality, and scale.

Project Atlas is FOURTWENTY's long-term cultivation partnership program. It connects qualified independent farms with approved genetics, technical guidance, a transparent quality system, and a commercial route for compliant medical cannabis flower.

    01

    Controlled genetics

Approved strains and aligned cultivation inputs create a repeatable starting point for every production cycle.

    02

    Cultivation quality

Disciplined SOPs, crop steering, record keeping, post-harvest handling, and independent testing protect consistency.

    03

    Partner farm network

Atlas grows through carefully qualified farms that remain independent while working to one transparent standard.

    04

    Long-term supply

The program is built around durable relationships and planned demand, rather than one-off transactions.

    02 / Project Atlas

    Why Atlas exists

Better supply begins long before harvest.

Reliable medical cannabis supply depends on aligned decisions from genetics and facility controls through post-harvest handling, testing, and documentation. Atlas creates that shared operating framework without taking independence away from the farm.

    The operating principle

One transparent standard, applied from mother plant to finished batch.

    01

Reliable cultivation capacity that can be planned over time

    02

Controlled genetics and approved inputs for repeatable outcomes

    03

Consistent quality supported by documented SOPs and traceability

    04

Scalable production across a trusted network of independent farms

    05

Quality-led supply suitable for regulated medical market pathways

    How the partnership works

A careful gate process that protects both sides.

We would rather move deliberately and build clarity at every stage than commit before the farm, program, and commercial pathway are ready.

    1. 01

      Apply

Share a short snapshot of your farm, team, licences, setup, and capacity.

    2. 02

      Farm review

FOURTWENTY reviews the facility, operating context, and current readiness.

    3. 03

      Qualification

We align on documentation, standards, production fit, and the right next step.

    4. 04

      Approved genetics

A designated strain and the inputs needed for the agreed program are confirmed.

    5. 05

      Cultivation

Your team runs day-to-day production with planning, training, and technical guidance.

    6. 06

      Testing & quality

Finished batches are graded, documented, and tested by an accredited laboratory.

    7. 07

      Supply agreement

Compliant flower moves through the agreed buyback and supply pathway.

    Partner requirements

What we look for in an Atlas farm.

These are the current qualification themes. Final farm criteria are confirmed during review and kept in a single editable data source as the program evolves.

    01

    Farm location

Thailand location, total grow area, and an address suitable for facility review.

    02

    Cultivation capability

Indoor, greenhouse, or outdoor setup with the controls required for the intended program.

    03

    Production capacity

A transparent view of room allocation, current strains, and approximate monthly output.

    04

    Licensing

All licences and approvals required to cultivate and operate lawfully must remain current.

    05

    GACP readiness

GACP certified, actively working toward certification, or ready for an honest readiness review.

    06

    Clean, controlled facility

Disciplined hygiene, environmental control, post-harvest handling, and quality procedures.

    07

    Records & testing

Traceable plant, feed, environment, harvest, grading, inventory, and accredited COA records.

    08

    Program alignment

A willingness to use approved genetics, agreed inputs, and the FOURTWENTY cultivation method.

Atlas is a long-term partnership, not a one-off deal. Farms should be ready to share capacity, genetics, production, and compliance information openly throughout the relationship.

    05 / Project Atlas

    Commercial framework

A staged payment structure designed around the crop cycle.

Payment is structured so a portion of the agreed order value can reach the farm before cultivation begins, with later stages tied to acceptance, dispatch, clearance, and testing.

    Stage 01

    20%

    Program deposit

Within 72 hours of the agreed genetics purchase

    Stage 02

    30%

    Before dispatch

After acceptance against specification and as the batch leaves the farm

    Stage 03

    50%

    Final payment

After destination clearance and testing, on the agreed market timeline

    Terms note

Indicative payment structure only. Final pricing, timing, volumes, quality specifications, and market-specific terms are confirmed during qualification and governed by the signed agreement.
